AP/Scanning Clerk

Bishop & Company is seeking an AP/Scanning Clerk to join a busy and growing organization on Oahu. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys administrative and accounting support work in a fast-paced environment. AP/Scanning Clerk Oahu, Hawaii Full-Time $17.00 - $18.00 per hour The AP/Scanning Clerk is responsible for scanning, organizing, and maintaining invoices, check requests, and other accounts payable documents used to process vendor payments. This role plays an important part in ensuring records are accurately captured, stored, and easily accessible. In addition, the selected candidate will support Accounts Payable operations for assigned associations. Essential Responsibilities Scan and electronically file invoices, check requests, and supporting documentation Ensure all documents are organized, accurate, and legible before processing Maintain electronic records and filing systems Verify that documents are scanned completely and that no records are lost or compromised Assist with accounts payable functions for assigned associations Support vendor payment processing and related administrative tasks Communicate professionally with internal team members and vendors as needed Perform other clerical and accounting support duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous clerical, administrative, data entry, or accounts payable experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems Dependable, accurate, and able to handle confidential information professionally Additional Information Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity Pay: $24.00/hour DOE Location: Honolulu, HI 96813 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Parking: No on-site parking available. A monthly bus pass subsidy of up to $70 is provided.
