Licensed Architect

The Architectural Studio is a well-established architectural firm known for our commitment to quality design and delivering innovative solutions. We specialize in commercial, multi-family and historic renovations. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Licensed Architect to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and coordination of construction documents and specifications from programming through construction.
Facilitate design review, project coordination, and pre-construction meetings to ensure progress and alignment with project goals, while identifying and mitigating risks.
Conduct project-specific code analysis and stay updated on building codes and regulations.
Manage internal teams, coordinate consultants, and develop project schedules.

Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture from an NCARB-accredited architecture program.
Professional licensure as an architect.
Minimum 5 years of professional architectural project management experience.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with A/E design teams, contractors, and clients.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment while fostering positive working relationships.
Strong client management, project coordination, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience with commercial, multi-family, and/or historic renovation projects is a plus.
