Job Description
Junior Estimator with the ability and ambition to grow into an independent Estimator role. Multifamily estimating experience is required. Experience with commercial or public-use space is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of the local construction market. Comfortable taking ownership of work with limited oversight.

The Successful Applicant
Assist with and prepare detailed estimates for multifamily projects. Perform quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and pricing analysis. Support bid submissions and contract award efforts. Utilize Procore for budgeting, reporting, and cost visibility. Analyze subcontractor pricing, market data, and historical costs. Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, and Finance.
