Proactively seek out new clients through lead generation and outreach efforts. Help individuals and families find the right coverage solutions based on their needs. Support existing policyholders by assisting with inquiries, policy updates, and coverage adjustments. Build relationships and expand your network by engaging in community events, conferences, and industry gatherings. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client needs. Educate clients on their insurance options, helping them make informed coverage decisions.
