Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring NRP and EFM certification along with two years of acute care experience. Details Labor and Delivery unit within a hospital setting Day shift schedule from 6:45am to 7:15pm Works every other weekend 36 hours per week over 3 shifts at 12 hours per day Epic EMR experience required, EFM monitoring experience preferred Requirements Active KY or Compact RN license required Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM Minimum of two years of acute care RN experience required Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree (ASN) required Additional Information Provide safe, effective, patient and family-centered care within a Practice Governance framework Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care Supervise and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff members Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient and family education and discharge planning Participate in quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives Apply the Kristin M. The weekly pay shown in this posting, along with related figures, reflects the lower end of this range for local candidates and higher end of this range for travel candidates.
