Fast Track Partner Program New York Life Insurance Company is hiring managers for its Fast Track Partner Program, a training program where participants start as financial professionals and gain first‑hand experience in the field. Completion can lead to a transition into management as an associate partner. Training, Support, and Professional Development We offer a comprehensive three‑year training program, marketing support, prospecting and technical assistance. Our programs allow you to work with highly successful agents and managers to develop a clientele. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $95,000 – $150,000 yearly. Benefits: Full‑time agents and dependents are immediately eligible for medical, dental, vision, long‑term disability, and group term life insurance.
