Family Physician | 3+Day Work-week | Direct Primary Care | Kissimmee Area

Our client offers a unique direct primary care model that is transforming healthcare by empowering physicians to deliver exceptional patient care. They are seeking primary care physicians (FM or IM/peds) for health centers in St. Cloud and Poinciana, Florida.

Physicians have more time with patients to focus on nutrition, exercise, mental health, and overall wellness. Patients receive access to high-quality care, education to make informed health decisions, and ongoing support to maintain healthy lifestyles. Providers and patients also have access to internal resources, including dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, and other specialists at no cost.

Highlights:

• Average 10–16 patients per day (ages 2+)
• 40-minute appointments for annual physicals/new patients; 20-minute follow-up and acute visits
• Occupational Health and Workers’ Compensation experience preferred
• Three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) plus every fourth Saturday (8:00 AM–2:00 PM)
• Minimal call responsibilities
• Predictable schedule with an excellent work-life balance
• Guaranteed base salary plus quality incentive (negotiable based on experience)
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
