The Setting This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model. Clinic staff are on-site full time Organized scheduling and patient flow Coordinated, team-based care environment Value-based model focused on seniors We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality podiatric care. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive podiatric care including routine foot care, wound care, nail procedures, and minor in-office procedures Diagnose and manage common lower extremity conditions seen in aging populations Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting What Makes This Different This is not a high-volume rotating model. Active state podiatry license in Pennsylvania Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience; geriatric or mobile care experience preferred. Knowledge of diabetic foot care and wound management best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to facility-based care settings.
