Assistant Clubhouse Director

ASSISTANT CLUBHOUSE DIRECTOR

The Edinburg Center is seeking a creative, dynamic leader for the Assistant Clubhouse Director position for our Charles Webber Potter Place Clubhouse in Waltham, MA

Salary: $60,000

What You Do:

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse and providing support and supervision to Work Area Coordinators and the Supported Education Coordinator. Essential duties and responsibilities will include Implementation, development, and Administration of the Clubhouse model.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline preferred.

• Working knowledge of Persons with serious mental illness and substance use disorders or other barriers to community-based employment, education, and housing preferred.

• Supervisory experience required. Experience with Clubhouse model helpful.

• Rotating coverage for half shift on holidays and Saturdays.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
