Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Assess, monitor, and document residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatment plans according to physicians’ orders; maintain accurate MARs
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Support activities of daily living, promote safety, and ensure resident comfort and dignity
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members; document changes and report concerns promptly

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Vermont
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced LTC environment and manage multiple residents
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; adaptability for a travel assignment
