Be Part of the Reason They Return: Consistently superior baked & brewed products Clean & comfortable cafe environment Approachable and efficient hospitality THE JOB DETAILS Our Cake Decorators are responsible for assembling and decorating our gorgeous cakes, pastries, and desserts. Dessert Excellence Produce & decorate desserts, pastries, and cakes Make creams, sauces, and fillings for cakes and pastries Training & Support Demonstrate proper techniques to new cakers & support staff Complete various reports such as production, usage, and waste Workspace Environment Receive, stock, & store food in designated storage areas Clean, organize & maintain your workspace Support team members, where needed NOTE: This role typically requires early morning availability (shifts range from 2am/3am - 7am start times) WHAT YOU NEED Previous experience in confectionary food service, cafes, and/or bakeries Food Handler's Certificate, preferred Food safety and labeling knowledge Knowledge of food production process, sanitation, and quality control processes Weekday, weekend, and/or holiday availability Ability to prioritize and follow directions Integrity, efficiency, and dependability Ability to lift 25 lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr Broughton Group
