Welder/Fabricator Position

Current Production Incentives

• Additional $2.00/hour premium on Fridays after 40 hours worked Monday–Thursday
• Double time pay after 50 hours worked in a work week

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG and Flux-core welding on custom fabrication projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Layout, fit, and plan sequences of operation
• Inspect welds and identify weld defects or discontinuities
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG and/or Flux-core welding
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of weld quality standards and discontinuities preferred
• Fabrication experience is a plus

Pay

Starting pay: $20.00–$27.00/hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Candidates with extensive fabrication and welding experience may qualify for a higher starting wage based on skill level and demonstrated abilities.
