Chiropractor Conway AR (30 miles NW of Little Rock) Urgently Hiring Full-Time | $75K-$115K total comp | No weekends We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Doctor of Chiropractic to join our growing practice in Conway, Arkansas. We are looking for a doctor who is passionate about treating patients of all ages — from newborns and teen athletes to active adults and grandparents. Our office combines hands-on chiropractic care with a strong emphasis on rehabilitation and patient wellness. We pride ourselves on creating individualized treatment plans that help patients move, heal, and perform at their best. Responsibilities include: New patient examinations Taking and reviewing X-rays Chiropractic care with adjustments and other treatments/modalities (Diversified, Drop table, Flexion Distraction, Pro Adjuster instrument, Shockwave/Laser and decompression therapies, Stim, stretching and strengthening rehab, trigger point and massage) Progress examinations and adjustment of care as needed Case management Accurate documentation and SOAP notes Schedule Mon- Friday with office hours ending at noon on Fridays -No weekend hours Compensation & Benefits $70K–$90K plusperformance bonuses (additional $5K-$25K annually) Total comp of $75K- $115K Paid malpractice insurance Continuing education stipend Additional seminars and training stipend Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic degree required AR Chiropractic License required Strong adjusting and communication skills Passion for family wellness and rehab-focused care Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude If you are looking for a supportive practice environment where you can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on patients of all ages, we would love to hear from you.
