Temporary Privileges Available: No

Required Procedures: Well woman care Toddler (1-2 years) Child (3-13 years) Adolescent (13-18 years) General outpatient

Job Requirements:

Board: Board Eligible

Licenses: Active WI license or willing to obtain

Certifications: BLS

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to patients of all ages

Collaborate with onsite Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) in a team-based setting

Maintain a flexible clinic schedule, with ability to adjust start/stop times as needed

Manage a patient volume of 15-20 patients per day

No inpatient or on-call responsibilities required
