Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure patients receive well-rounded and comprehensive care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their families on therapy techniques that reinforce recovery and skill-building in home environments.
• Track Progress and Document Results: Monitor therapeutic outcomes and modify treatment plans accordingly to optimize patient recovery journeys.

Education

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement for ongoing education and certification enhancements

Licensing & Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification mandatory
