Pay: $65.00 – $85.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Sign on Bonus - $8,500

REMOTE TELEMEDICINE POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide telemedicine-based physical therapy services in a fully remote environment .

This position is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who is comfortable providing patient care through virtual visits and telehealth technology . The therapist will remotely assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, provide guidance and education, monitor progress, and communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals as needed.

The position offers the flexibility of working remotely from home while delivering professional physical therapy services through a secure telemedicine platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services through telemedicine and virtual appointments .
• Conduct remote patient evaluations and assess mobility, function, strength, and physical needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on virtual assessments and patient goals.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and rehabilitation activities remotely.
• Monitor patient progress during virtual visits and adjust treatment recommendations as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, safety, mobility, and home-based strategies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients through video and other approved telemedicine technologies.
• Collaborate remotely with healthcare professionals when coordination of care is required.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in electronic health record (EHR/EMR) systems.
• Follow applicable professional standards, telehealth practices, privacy requirements, and clinical guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and patient-centered approach throughout all remote telemedicine interactions .

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license .
• Clinical experience in physical therapy or a related rehabilitation setting.
• Ability to effectively evaluate and communicate with patients through telemedicine/virtual platforms .
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and patient care principles.
• Comfortable using computers, video conferencing, electronic health records, and other digital healthcare technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain exercises, treatment recommendations, and rehabilitation concepts clearly during virtual visits.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment .

TELEMEDICINE & REMOTE WORK

Work Setting: 100% Remote / Work From Home

Service Delivery: Telemedicine / Virtual Physical Therapy

Technology: Secure telehealth and electronic health record platforms

The successful candidate should be comfortable providing patient care remotely, communicating through video-based appointments, documenting encounters electronically, and managing their clinical responsibilities independently in a work-from-home environment .

Compensation

Pay: $65.00 – $85.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Expected Hours: 10–28 hours per week

License/Certification
