Job Description
CNI Nurse Coordinator

Schedule

This position is for a full-time schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. There is no on-call requirement.

Job Description

The CNI Nurse Coordinator will work within the designated center of excellence, coordinating all clinical aspects of the practice, while collaborating closely with a treatment team of Neurosurgeons and staff. This role requires robust clinical knowledge of treatment indications and includes organizing weekly conferences, protocol follow-up, education, and clinical care of patients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical aspects of care for patients with neurological conditions.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and treatment teams.
• Provide community and peer education related to neurological health.
• Assist with organizing weekly conferences and follow-up protocols.
• Demonstrate clinical knowledge in neurosurgical nursing.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required.
• Current NJ RN License (Registered Nurse) is required.
• Experience in outpatient surgical clinics preferred.
• Relevant experience in stroke and cerebrovascular care is necessary.
• Epic experience is required.
• Neurosurgical nursing experience is preferred.
