Accounting Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.
• Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Assist with invoice processing, billing, and payment tracking.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and organization of financial documents.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Communicate with vendors and internal team members regarding financial matters.

Accounting Assistant Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting support role.
• Experience with QuickBooks required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and dependability.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
