Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU experience for a 13-week night shift contract in Hendersonville, NC, covering C-sections and NICU.

Details

• Position is based in a hospital NICU setting, with coverage responsibilities extending to C-section deliveries
• Night shift hours: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Weekend availability required as needed
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Current NC Respiratory Therapist license required (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• NICU experience required
• Required certifications: NRP (AHA), BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA)
• COVID-19 vaccination required (two doses) or an approved declination on file

Additional Information

• Provides respiratory therapy coverage in the NICU and for C-section deliveries
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as traveling candidates — no radius rule applies
• Former permanent employees of this facility must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a travel clinician
• A copy of your COVID vaccination card is required for consideration
