Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Santa Fe, New Mexico, starting on August 10, 2026. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical setting, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification from AHA, RN license in New Mexico or a current Compact state license, graduate of an accredited nursing program, 0 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights, effective communication skills tailored to patient developmental stages
• Float: Will float to all Medical-Surgical departments under appropriate supervision
• Responsibilities include obtaining initial assessments, developing and modifying care plans, performing point of care testing, and participating in patient education and discharge planning.
• The RN will delegate tasks as appropriate, coordinate team assignments, and ensure quality care while fostering a positive work environment.
• The candidate must adhere to all safety policies, participate in unit growth initiatives, and demonstrate professionalism and integrity at all times.
