Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Professional Licensure as required by state guidelines
• Ability to obtain and maintain all district-specific credentialing (details provided during onboarding)
• School-based experience is highly preferred, though not required
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Adaptability to support different age groups and school settings as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver speech and language therapy services directly to students
• Maintain accurate and timely student documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibly manage changing caseloads and work across multiple campuses if necessary
