Position: Assistant General Manager of Operations Location: [Insert Location] Job Type: Full-time Category: Customer Service, Operations Salary: $65,000 annually Benefits Free Life Insurance Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Time Off 401k with company match Employee Discount Responsibilities Manage inventory accuracy and timely floor placement Coordinate maintenance and emergency responses with Airport Facilities Supervise stock personnel and conduct interviews Reduce shrink due to theft and inventory issues; liaise with Loss Prevention Ensure compliance with Airport Programs Perform opening and closing duties as Manager on Duty Train on POS, Store Force, ADP, Aptos, PowerDMS, and other systems Assist with critical initiatives and act as backup to the General Manager Maintain store displays and merchandising Supervise and coach staff Requirements GED or High School diploma; Bachelor’s in Management, HR, or related field preferred 3+ years in retail, inventory, warehouse, or stocking supervision 1+ years management experience Team-oriented with a results-driven approach Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Possession of TAM Card and TSA Badging (location-dependent) Background check and drug test may be required Physical & Language Requirements Frequent standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling Normal or corrected vision and hearing Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
