Senior Data Platform Engineer: AI/ML Pipelines Lead

Handshake is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to own the data infrastructure that powers our career marketplace and AI products. You will lead Airflow-based workflow orchestration, data ingestion, and streaming pipelines while collaborating with ML engineers and analytics teams.
You will set technical direction, ensure reliability, and drive capacity planning across environments, including Kubernetes, IAM, and CI/CD.
