What You’ll Do: Evaluate residents and create personalized treatment plans. Deliver skilled therapy services focused on improving mobility, strength, and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. Guide and support PTAs in executing treatment plans. Accurately document services and track patient progress. What You’ll Need: Active PT License.
