Overview

Quality Control Managers plan coordinate and implement project-specific quality control programs on federal construction projects. This is a fully on-site position. Local candidates are preferred; relocation or extended on-site travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan coordinate and implement a project-specific quality control program
• Execute QC performance in accordance with contract requirements
• Complete administrative documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management Building Construction or Building Science or equivalent combination of education and field experience
• 510 years of experience as a Project Manager Superintendent QC Manager Project Engineer or Construction Manager
• Minimum 2 years of continuous QC Manager experience required
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate (or equivalent)
• Level 1 EMCRP First Aid and OSHA 30-hour certifications (training available if needed)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and standard internet tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialty inspection training licenses or certifications
• LEED AP AP or Green Associate certification
• Experience with Viewpoint/Vista construction software
