Our agency opened in 2007 and has grown into a strong, close-knit team of eight. It was a close friend who encouraged me to pursue a career with State Farm, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions Ive ever made.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Scott Catalanotto - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
