Overview Stonewall Resort is a lakeside destination located near the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course and surrounded by 1,900 acres of parkland. This position supports the resort’s kitchen operations. Responsibilities Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cleaning kitchen equipment. Maintain an adequate supply of clean china, glassware, and silver. Mop floors and perform day‑to‑day kitchen cleaning according to Health Department regulations. Set up and break down banquet stations and deliver banquet food to functions. Comply with all sanitation standards and health department regulations as outlined in the training manual. Follow grooming standards, hair restraints, and jewelry restrictions as described in the hourly employee handbook. Adhere to Steritech policies and procedures and properly use chemicals in the Stewarding department. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment. Communicate professionally with supervisors and provide assistance in other job classifications as needed. Be flexible to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand. Qualifications One year of food service experience (preferred). Ability to handle fluctuations in workload and complete up to 100 covers per shift. Flexibility to work flexible and varied hours, including a hotel that is open seven days a week. Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. Compensation Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
