Quality Assurance Specialist
The Quality Assurance Specialist provides enterprise-wide operational oversight for modality performance across the Mass General Brigham (MGB) Radiolog.
Qualifications
Education: Associate's Degree Health Sciences required or Bachelor's Degree Health Sciences preferred.
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No.
Licenses and Credentials: Radiologic Technologist [MA - Radiography and Mammography] required.
ARRT-R required.
ARRT-M required.
Experience: Radiology Technologist experience with multiple patient populations 5-7 years preferred or Leadership experience 1-2 years preferred or Quality experience 2-3 years preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good communication skills. Ability to effectively evaluate and problem solve. Ability to work independently. Ability to guide, teach, and motivate others. Good business acumen and analytical skills.
