Senior Frontend Developer

Salary: $125,000 - 165,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of frontend development experience
• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience using Redux for state management
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs with Axios or similar tools
• Strong understanding of Section 508, WCAG, and accessibility compliance requirements
• Experience with Git, Git workflows, and source code management
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable React components and frontend libraries
• Ensure interfaces meet Section 508 and accessibility best practices
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Manage application state with Redux and handle asynchronous data flows
• Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, accessible user experiences
• Develop and run unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library
• Participate in code reviews and uphold code quality and performance standards
• Improve application performance using code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and other best practices
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, product owners, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teammates
• Support Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Use Git-based version control and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins to support deployments
• Create and maintain technical documentation for application features, enhancements, and processes
