We are a state-of-the-art practice with advanced hygiene protocols, including:
- Perio and TMD laser therapy
- Digital radiographs
- Intra-oral cameras
- Velscope oral cancer screening
- Arestin placement
Pay $7,800~$10,400 per month

Requirements Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
Licensed dental hygienist
- Illinois State RDH license
- 1 or more years of experience as RDH preferred
- Strictly adhere to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
- Verify and accurately document patient charts
- Must own and use loupes when providing treatment
- Willingness to learn new techniques and research new products
Job Description Key Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing as permitted by state regulations.
Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately.
Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays).
Screen patients for periodontal disease and other oral health conditions.
Record and update patient medical and dental histories.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
Apply preventive treatments, including fluoride and sealants, as permitted by state regulations.
Assist the dentist in identifying and evaluating oral health concerns.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments for patient care.
Support a positive and welcoming environment for patients and team members.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and outstanding patient care.
