Job Title: FACETS Analyst

\n \nAbout the Role
\n \nSeeking experienced FACETS Developers with strong Healthcare Payer and TriZetto FACETS expertise to support enterprise-scale transformation, enhancement, modernization, and support initiatives.
\nThe ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in one or more FACETS functional areas including Provider, Networks & Pricing, Membership, Billing & Plan Configuration, or Claims & Encounters.
\nThis role requires a combination of FACETS functional knowledge, technical development expertise, advanced SQL capabilities, and experience building custom FACETS extensions and integrations.
\nThe successful candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.
\n \nWhat You'll Do
\nDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform.
\nParticipate in end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
\nDevelop and support custom FACETS extensions, integrations, and interface solutions.
\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and application solutions.
\nDevelop solutions across one or more of the following functional areas: Provider, Network Management & Pricing Group, Membership, Billing & Class/Plan Configuration Claims Processing & Encounters Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation processes.
\nSupport FACETS batch job development, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization.
\nPerform root cause analysis and resolve production issues related to FACETS applications.
\nCollaborate with business analysts and SMEs to ensure successful implementation of business requirements.
\nParticipate in system integration testing, UAT support, release management, and deployment activities.
\nSupport FACETS implementations, upgrade initiatives, regulatory mandates, and modernization programs.
\nFollow Agile delivery practices and actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
\n \nRequired Qualifications
\nExperience 7+ years of overall IT experience.
\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development experience. Experience working in Healthcare Payer environments.
\nProven experience supporting FACETS implementation and enhancement projects.
\n \nRequired Skills
\nStrong development experience in the TriZetto FACETS platform.
\nHands-on experience in one or more FACETS functional areas: Provider, Networks & Pricing Group, Membership, Billing & Class/Plan Claims & Encounters Strong understanding of: FACETS Front-End Functionality FACETS Batch Processes FACETS Backend Data Models FACETS Configuration and Extensions Advanced SQL development and performance tuning skills.
\nStrong .NET development experience. Experience developing and supporting FACETS customizations and extensions.
\nExperience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root cause analysis.
\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.
\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
$61 - $66 per hour
