Lead Technical Project Manager

Software Resources is hiring a Lead Technical Project Manager for a major corporation in Orlando, FL. The role requires onsite presence 2 days a week with the remainder remote. Must-Haves 10+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise projects Strong executive presence, capable of status updates and reporting Ability to read the room and communicate sensitively with key stakeholders Financial background with experience in risk assessment and escalation, able to challenge numbers and push back on financials Experience working with both waterfall (PMO) and agile/scrum delivery teams (blended methodology preferred) Description Responsible for end‑to‑end digital and physical guest experience projects across Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business and other initiatives. Lead a multi‑work‑stream project, overseeing financials, resource allocation, and milestones with a focus on risk identification and escalation. Assist the team in staying on track to delivery expectations, scenario planning at key decision points, and maintaining detailed project status documentation. Basic Qualifications Excellent project management experience (Agile, Scrum, PMP) Strong experience deploying enterprise‑scale multi‑factor authentication (MFA) projects Established knowledge of identity management tools such as OKTA, Ping, ACME, Keystone, Active Directory, etc. Ability to translate executive talk into actionable plans Attention to detail and hands‑on documentation skills – PowerPoint, risk and issue logs Excellent storytelling skills Past experience interfacing with executives as a project manager Past Disney experience is a huge plus Flexible working hours to accommodate resources across both coasts Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP, SmartSheets, MyPPM, JIRA Required Education BA or equivalent degree.
