Project Coordinator Position #: 418963. City Department of Aviation (CDA/MIS Section), Chicago, IL.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Assist in coordinating technology projects across multiple technical teams including network, server, and desktop support. Track project tasks and timelines. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and city departments. Conduct site walkthroughs when necessary. Maintain project documentation and status updates. Ensure projects are implemented efficiently while supporting operational requirements within the airport environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of experience performing or supporting project or program administration functions. Alternative qualifying options: 7 years experience; associate degree plus five years experience; master's degree or higher plus two years experience. Selected candidate must pass an airport background check and a Security Threat Assessment (STA). Location: 8420 W. Bryn Mawr, Chicago, IL. Days: Monday – Friday. Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
