The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing project schedules, budgets, client relationships, and team deliverables while ensuring projects meet quality standards and established objectives.If you're ready to take on greater leadership responsibilities and play a key role in project success, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for!Key ResponsibilitiesManage site development projects from initial planning and design through permitting, construction documentation, and project completion.Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams to maintain project alignment and resolve challenges.Lead project meetings, communicate progress updates, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee the development of site layouts, grading and drainage plans, paving, utilities, and other civil engineering design components.Monitor project costs, prepare and review proposals and cost estimates, and identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and profitability.Ensure project deliverables comply with applicable codes, regulations, design standards, and client requirements.Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to engineers, design professionals, and technicians.Identify potential project risks, proactively resolve issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development and the continued growth of the engineering team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of professional civil engineering experience, preferably in site development and land development projects.Previous project management or project leadership experience, including coordinating project teams, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.Experience with civil engineering design software, including Civil 3D, InRoads, and Microsoft Office.Strong understanding of site development principles, including grading, drainage, paving, utilities, and permitting processes.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high-quality deliverables.Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Why Consider This Opportunity?Take ownership of diverse and challenging site development projects.Play a key role in project planning, execution, and overall success.Work collaboratively with talented engineering professionals in a growing organization.Expand your leadership responsibilities and develop long-term client relationships.Advance your career in a role that combines technical expertise with project management and leadership.Interested in Learning More?Ready to take the next step in your civil engineering career?
