Oracle Fusion ERP Engineer

City : Austin State : Texas Neos is Seeking a Scribe for a long-term contract role with our client in Jefferson City, Missouri. Opportunity Projected Start Date: 10/1/26 Local to Jefferson City, Missouri is required. Scribe - Working onsite directly with the state and assigned project managers for the duration of this contract. Experience:

The Scribe must have at least three (3) years of experience working with large information system enhancement or replacement projects, or ERP implementations. The Scribe must have knowledge of complex ERP systems enabling Financial Management and/or Human Resources and Payroll. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is highly desirable. The Scribe typically works closely with the Project Manager, Business Analysts, Functional Leads, and State stakeholders.

Attend project meetings, workshops, and design sessions. Capture detailed notes. Record decisions, assumptions, and rationale. Document risks and issues discussed. Identify action items, owners, and due dates.

Prepare meeting minutes for distribution. Maintain project logs. Organize project documentation. Ensure version control. Update SharePoint, Teams, or other document repositories.

During requirements and design workshops, the scribe documents: Business requirements Functional requirements Process flows Configuration decisions Open questions Requested enhancements

For Oracle Fusion projects, this documentation becomes critical during: Fit-Gap workshops Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Go-Live preparation

The Scribe often: Sends meeting summaries Tracks outstanding items Follows up on action items Keeps stakeholders informed Escalates documentation gaps to the Project Manager
