Experience: Minimum 24 months of experience with recent experience in the last 12 months

License: Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days

Certifications: Active BLS certification from approved vendor

Must-Have: Candidates must have no hits on their state license to practice. Candidates must provide a driver's license to verify residency.

Description: This position requires working in home health. Candidates must wear pewter scrubs. Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments to secure an offer quickly. Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in. All shifts the candidate is willing to work must be specified. Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept the offer. No requests for time off will be allowed during the first week of the assignment. Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days. Travel experience is highly preferred. All background check standards must be strictly adhered to. Candidates must complete an OT skills checklist in the last 12 months.
