Shift Leader

Responsibilities As a Shift Leader, you collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You set the tone and morale of the team, provide feedback and coaching to team members, and open and close the store with little or no supervision, ensuring the quality of food and beverages and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
