Stand Up Reach Operator – Dallas, TX Pay Rate: $20.04 – $20.79 per hour. Shifts Monday – Thursday: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM ($20.04/hr) Friday – Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ($20.29/hr) Friday – Sunday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ($20.79/hr) Must be able to train on a different shift for 1 week. Job Overview As a Stand Up Reach Operator in Dallas, you're the backbone of the operation. You'll stack it, store it, and move it like a pro. Quick reflexes, smooth hands, and solid teamwork keep the freight moving and the day flying by. Requirements Minimum 6 months of recent experience operating a Crown stand‑up reach truck (required). Valid forklift certification preferred (training/testing may be provided onsite). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for 10–12 hours per shift. Basic math and reading skills for product identification and inventory tracking. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Load, unload, and stage pallets of merchandise in designated storage areas. Perform put‑away, replenishment, and order picking tasks using RF scanners or warehouse management systems. Inspect equipment before and after use; report maintenance or safety issues immediately. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling and storing goods. Maintain accuracy when pulling, scanning, and placing inventory. Ensure aisles, docks, and work areas remain organized and hazard‑free.
