What You'll Bring:

A valid and current Florida RN License.
At least 1 year of Medicare Home Health RN Nursing experience.
Current CEUs for HIV, Domestic Violence, and Alzheimer's.
Level 2 Background screening- More information can be found at:
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Updated TB/PPD.

Conducting comprehensive OASIS assessments and developing tailored plans of care in collaboration with PCPs.
Administering medications and treatments, anticipating patient needs, and making recommendations to optimize their well-being.
Ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and collaborating with our in-office case managers.
Empowering patients and their families with essential health instructins, coaching, and counsel.
