Seasonal Sports Experience Specialist Remote
Novig
Novig is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist to be the voice and backbone of user support during live sports events. You’ll handle high‑volume chats and emails via Intercom, resolve time‑sensitive issues, and keep the platform running smoothly when NFL and NBA slates are in full swing.
You stay calm under pressure, own every interaction from first message to resolution, explain complex betting mechanics clearly, and maintain an empathetic brand voice across chat and email.
