If you love data, complex challenges, cutting-edge technologies, and opportunities to learn, then this is the team you want to be in.What will you doDevelop and document the technical design of a solution that solves a business problemLead in the analysis and design phases of the software development life cycleIdentify, interpret, and map all required input and output dataCreate data models and mapping documentsProvide direction, coaching, and guidance junior analystsStrengthen development capability via mentoring, knowledge sharing, and building communities of practiceStay abreast of industry technical and business trendsWhat do you need to succeed?5 - 7 years of relevant experience and IT education and/or certification(s)5+ years of experience in one or more of SQL, NoSQL, Python, ScalaAbility to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate dataExperience in data warehousing, data modeling, and data mappingApplied knowledge of problem decomposition and analysis techniquesExperience with SSIS, Spark, Unix/Linux scripting, cloud computing services (e.g. AWS), Hadoop, NetezzaFamiliarity with structured and non-structured datastore technologiesStrong documentation, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize work and manage multiple work streams concurrentlyNice to haveKnowledge of technical/business environment and processesComprehension of predictive analytics and AI/MLSalary:$70,000.00 - $150,000.00Pay Type: SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
