Memory Care Lead - Resident-Centered Dementia Programs

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Reminiscence Supervisor to lead the memory care neighborhood, supervise the reminiscence team, and champion the designated care manager model. You will ensure dementia programming excellence and strong family engagement while delivering resident-centered care. The role focuses on supervision, staffing oversight, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
