They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick up, make appropriate substitutions, and consult customers as needed to ensure satisfaction. What you’ll do Shop for customers in all departments to select the exact items requested. Accurately pick, pack, and dispense online orders, maintaining speed and accuracy during peak times, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Engage customers, answer questions, and provide assistance throughout the dispensing process. Compensation * The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
