As part of DHL, you will be working with a global network of CRE colleagues and benefit from a wide range of development opportunities.Job Purpose:Support Head of CRE Sub-Region and Commercial Regional Lead on all Commercial activities, future pipeline and improvement potentials.Guide the Senior and Commercial managers in the sub-region. Work on transactions negotiations, strategy and execution.Your Tasks:Manage and lead Commercial Real Estate actives at a sub-regional level, provide expert commercial knowledge and implement global plans at a sub-regional level; Guide the Head of CRE Sub-Region on the key commercial activities and future roadmap in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policiesCollaborate with BU colleagues to define future strategy by division on sub-regional level and overall real estate strategyPresent global/regional strategy to sub-regional BU heads and gain support to pursue commercial opportunitiesPresent global strategy to sub-regional CRE team to garner support to enable aligned strategy execution of sub-regional commercial teamSupport the global Commercial goals depending on concrete annual prioritiesImplement global commercial strategy with sub-regional BU HeadsEnsure service excellence in all sub-regional Commercial projects to maximize the value of the organization's Real Estate portfolioContinuously monitor markets for real estate related opportunitiesStakeholders:Extensive contact and negotiating with other departments and 3rd parties with conflicting objectivesInfluence and challenge key stakeholders effectivelyDevelop strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with senior DHL business leadersInfluence others across DHL and externally as an internally and externally recognized thought leader representing the GroupChampion cooperation and partnership to provide integrated solutions to problemsExternal stakeholders: Landlords and thought leaders in Logistics and CRE DHL CustomersInternal Stakeholders: Business Unit Sub-Regional Management Team, Commercial Matrix teams GBS CRE Regional Management Team and Team/Legal/Risk & InsuranceYour Profile:Education Level:Master's DegreeExperience Level:More than 8 years of relevant Commercial Real Estate experienceWe Offer:Great opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the worldInternational and virtual environmentFlexibility and great opportunity to learnTempting Compensation and benefitsDHL is an equal opportunity employer.
