Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk (Part-Time)

Join a growing manufacturer as a Part-Time AP/AR Clerk! This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with prior accounts payable experience who enjoys keeping financial records organized, researching discrepancies, and supporting a growing business. In this hands‑on clerical role, you’ll assist with accounts payable and receivable data entry, invoice matching, payment posting, reporting, and digital recordkeeping. You’ll work with an established accounting system and collaborate with management to ensure accurate, timely financial information. Duties Enter vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders and receiving records. Post customer payments and deposits and research discrepancies. Maintain accurate digital records and organized AP/AR documentation. Run reports, prepare supporting documents, and send standard customer statements and payment reminders. Identify errors, document findings, and elevate unusual items to management. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping support, or related clerical work. Strong data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail. Experience with Sage 100 or another accounting system preferred. Basic Excel skills and strong organizational and communication abilities. A dependable, methodical approach with the ability to recognize issues and ask questions when needed.
