What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to customers by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Have outbound call goals like that of a telemarketer.
• Answer questions about policies, billing, claims, and coverage while providing clear, accurate information.
• Process policy changes and assist customers with their insurance needs.
• Proactively identify opportunities to help customers better protect their families, homes, vehicles, and businesses.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure every issue is resolved promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional customer experience every day.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person.
• A candidate who either has their Property & Casualty license already or can get it within 30 days.
