Job Description

As a Picker / Packer, you will support daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, sorting, packing, and preparing products for shipment. This role is important to keeping orders moving, meeting daily production goals, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick items accurately from the inventory using order sheets or instructions
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Verify product counts, labels, and package accuracy before shipment
• Sort products and organize materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the shift
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
• Meet productivity and quality expectations for your assigned shift
• Support team members and assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• No prior experience required; training is provided
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
• Warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
