Possess good process focus with the ability to intelligently apply standard processes to real-world applications. Thorough, with good attention to detail and a proven understanding of documentation methods and requirements.This position requires the ability to obtain a DOD security clearance. US Citizenship required.The information below reflects the standard job description for this position:Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.Basic QualificationsKnowledge of Systems Engineering processes and Systems Integration functions which may include:System trade studies and/or System modelingRequirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) developmentSystem Integration, Test and/or VerificationTest planning and execution with an understanding of all the interdependenciesDesign reviewsValid Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance; US Citizenship requiredDesired SkillsExperience with spacecraft/missile design, development, integration, or test, with knowledge of space, missile and launch systems at the component through system levelValidated understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviorsExperience coordinating with multiple engineering fields (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Flight Sciences, Materials, Manufacturing, Test, etc.)Proven track record of good judgmentDemonstrated performance managing hardwareProficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practiceActive Security ClearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
