Engage collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop integrated care strategies.

Provide education and resources for patients and their families to bolster progress beyond clinical settings.

Assist with occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions to ensure a seamless continuum of care.

Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational policies.

Keep abreast of advancements in the field through ongoing education and collaboration with colleagues.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment techniques for diverse age groups, combined with a solid understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal skills for engaging with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
