Looking for an OFFICE ASSISTANT in Park City, Utah.
We are involved in the development and sale of commercial and residential properties, and other projects in the Park City area.

As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our office. Your primary responsibilities will involve a variety of administrative tasks, with the opportunity to become a Notary and contribute to the smooth functioning of our company.

This is a Temp to Hire part-time position, presently 2 days per week, typically Tuesday and Thursday with hours between 9 am and 5 pm - however, we do have flexibility in the work schedule! Company employees may qualify for two season ski passes!

Responsibilities:
Assistance with correspondence, spreadsheets, governmental filings, service providers, and vendors
Accounts payable processing; invoice coding; interface with accounting department
Bank and mail runs, local errands
Answering phones, ordering supplies
File maintenance

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
General office work and administrative support
Tracking and following up on tasks and projects with other parties
